We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via our website forms, email, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contact us.
We will also share de-identifying information about you to a potential match. This is part of the process of assessing the compatibility of a volunteer-learner match. Consent to the sharing of this information is included in the Volunteer Form and the Learner Form. Uniquely identifying information such as your full name, phone number, or email is not shared at this point.
We share your identifiable name, phone number, and email with your match only after you agree to meet another specific user. We will ask you for a separate consent before sharing this information.
We do not otherwise share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about updates, new services, or changes to our privacy policy.
B. Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can also do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:

• Change/correct any data we have about you
• Have us delete any data we have about you
• Express concern you have about our use of your data

While we use encryption to protect information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only staff who need your information to perform a specific job, or potential matches as described in Section A, are granted access to your information.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personal information.
E. Notifications of Changes
Whenever material changes are made to the privacy notice, we will notify participants via email and it will be stated on our website.
